El Grupo de Trabajo del Voto, formado por integrantes de diversos nodos, comienza su actividad como respuesta a la falta de información existente sobre cómo votar desde el extranjero de cara a las Elecciones Europeas de 2014.
Llevamos más de un año empollando la legislación, escribiendo a consulados y embajadas de todo el mundo, denunciando irregularidades, facilitando información de plazos y procedimientos, haciendo el trabajo que las instituciones no hacen, respondiendo a un sinfín de consultas diarias y exigiendo a la Administración información clara sobre el proceso y la supresión del voto rogado.

Somos residentes ERTA en USA. Nuestra intención era enviar el voto por correo certificado esta mañana pero nos informaron en la oficina de correos que no hay posibilidad de envío certificado a España. Sólo existe la posibilidad de enviarlo con un número de seguimiento. ¿Esto sería correcto?
Por otro lado, la solicitud del reembolso es un poco confusa. Nos podríais informar sobre cómo funciona el proceso de reembolso, ya que el envío del voto por correo con número de seguimiento no es precisamente barato

el envío con el número de seguimiento debería serviros; lo importante es que os cuñen el sobre con un matasellos con la fecha de envío, que es lo que exige la ley para que el voto sea válido. Podéis preguntarles si hacen esto con ese tipo de envío o si podrían añadir un cuño con la fecha en caso de que no lo hagan por defecto. ¡mucha suerte!
